Williston State College has announced a record high enrollment for Spring 2025, marking the highest student headcount in its 63-year history. The college reports a total enrollment of 1,236 students, which is a 20.6% increase from Spring 2024. Enrollment increases were noted across various categories: Freshmen numbers rose by 18.6% to total 842 students; sophomore enrollment increased by 25.1% to reach 394 students; dual credit and early entry student enrollment saw a rise of 26.1%, with 502 high school students taking courses; online-only enrollment grew by 23.4%, with 327 students opting for distance learning.
The college attributes this continued growth to recent enhancements in academic offerings, scholarship opportunities, and student support services.
