74.1% of Renville County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 2,328 citizens living in Renville County in 2021, 74.1% were old enough to vote, equating to 1,726 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 909 were male, constituting 52.7%, and 817 were female, making up 47.3%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Renville County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 76.1%.
