Recently, some Williston State College Payroll Accounting students earned their payroll certifications through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers, or NACPB.
This was the first time WSC had offered Payroll Accounting as a Special Topics course, BADM 299. As a pilot course, it was a success with 10 students receiving their certification upon completion of the course.
“When the option became available to take the payroll course, I was excited and jumped at the opportunity. The program itself had tons of great information and I am thrilled to have earned my payroll certification with this course. I am hoping I can utilize it in my career soon,” remarked WSC student Stephanie Tofte.
