SNAP Replacement Benefits Current SNAP recipients who experienced food loss due to power outages of 4 hours or more during the December blizzard may apply. Loss due to power outages that occurred on 12/15/2022 must be reported by 12/25/2022 and loss due to outages on 12/16/2022 must be reported by 12/26/2022. If you live in Williams, Burke, Divide, or Renville Counties, report your loss to the North Star Human Service Zone (701-774-6300).
