Ice fishing season is officially underway! Ice fishing is allowed at all of our County Parks with lake or river access. Little Egypt now has drive-on access!
All the lakes at our County Parks are frozen over with at least a few inches of ice, but please make sure you check the ice thickness before setting up!! Williams County nor ND Game & Fish monitor ice thickness.
Ice conditions can change quickly, so always use caution
Look for clear blue ice and be weary of ice covered with snow
Be on the lookout for slushy ice and pressure ridges
Do not drive on the ice at night or when it is snowing
