Planning to vote absentee for the November General Election? Make sure you get your ballot in on time!
October 28: last day to submit your absentee ballot application to have your ballot MAILED to you. After October 28th, you will need to come to the Williams County Auditor's Office to obtain your ballot in person.
October 31: last day the Auditor's Office will MAIL ballots to those that have previously applied.
November 7: Absentee ballots must be postmarked no later than Monday, November 7 or returned to a secure Drop Box or the Auditor's Office counter by 5 pm on Monday, November 7.
Note that absentee ballots are *not* accepted at the polls on Election Day, November 8.
