Watford City Downtown Association issued the following announcement.

Thank you so much for the incredible response to sponsoring benches for Main Street! It never ceases to amaze us how quickly Watford City jumps in to add something special to the community.

We had so many people reach out to sponsor benches that we had to halt the sponsorships at 7 total. What an amazing feeling to have so many willing helping hands.

The sponsor list for our 7 benches going on Main Street are as follows:

Beth Veeder x2

Shelly Marie x1

Devin Killpack x1

Tamara Challinor x1

Cindy Ostman x1

Katie Walters x1

When the benches arrive, we will measure and reach out to each of you for what you would like stated on your plaques. Please make payment directly to Barretts pharmacy.

Kayla Ruby also wanted to sponsor a bench, and we kindly requested her assistance to fund the plaques to be made

Thank you so much!

I know we have quite a few others reach out that wanted to sponsor a bench as well, I’ve messaged anyone that reached out previously and wanted to put this out there too. Along with our benches that we ordered through Barrett’s to keep it local…

We are seeking funds to order beautiful flower pots through PETAL TO THE METAL

We are asking for 4 large flower pots that we have been quoted $250 for one large pot.

We are also interested in smaller pots from them and those are priced at $90

If you are able to or interested in funding any part of the flower pots from petal to the metal, please send us a direct message or comment below. thank you! How beautiful will that be to sit on a bench next to beautiful flowers on our Main Street for the summer
