Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College enrolls 198 undergrads

At Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College, 50 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 67 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in New Town enrolled 198 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 2.5 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

98 percent of undergraduates are residents of North Dakota, and 2 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as American Indian or Alaska Native (82 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (6 percent).
