On Thursday, April 24, former Dickinson High School standout Taya Hopfauf’s current college team, the North Dakota Fighting Hawks, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Albrecht Field. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Fighting Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 12 p.m. at Jane Sage Cowles Stadium against Pittsburgh Panthers.
